Introduction to Banking & Financial Institution, Stock Market, Economic Crimes, Securities and Exchange Commission, SEBI, Non-Banking Financial Companies and their regulations etc.

  1. Cyber Laws                                                                                 8 Credit

Introduction of Cyber Laws, Relevance of Digital Signatures, Electronic Governance, Dispatch of Electronic Records, Duties of Subscribers, etc.

  1. Company Law                                                                            8 Credit

Introduction of Company Law, Types of Companies, Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, Share, Shareholders, Directors, Meeting, Auditors, Authors Report, Winding Up etc.

At the end of each year every candidate has to undergo practical training of 100 hours under any organization or a firm.
